All Natural Pecan Latte made with real pecans (Easy Recipe)

This easy all natural pecan latte is made with real pecans and doesn’t use any artificial ingredients. It’s free of any sugar, dairy, oils, syrups, or artificial flavoring. With just a few ingredients and a blender, you’ll have yourself an all natural pecan latte in just a couple of minutes.

Instead of using plant based milk, I often like to use Joi’s nut milk bases for a more flavorful, and creamy taste as I can skip the water and blend it right in with the drink. Assuming most people may not have this, a splash of your favorite plant based milk will do just fine!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup of Coffee and 1 shot Espresso Espresso Optional
  • 4 Pecans
  • 2 Teaspoons Joi Almond or Oat Milk Base Or a small splash of plant milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Agave or Maple Syrup Choose Agave for a lower glycemic option
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Teaspoons of Lions Mane Powder Optional (For mood and focus)

Instructions
 

  • Brew the coffee and espresso. If you want the drink cold, allow it to chill in the refrigerator before using. 
  • Blend all ingredients and serve either as is warm or over ice. 

Notes

🥛 I recommend using Joi, but if you don’t have any a small splash of plant milk will do just fine!
