Ingredients:
1.) 1 Large Sweet Potato
2.) 3/4 cup of rolled oats
3.) 2 Tablespoons of corn starch
4.) 1 Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
5.) 1/4 Teaspoon of garlic powder
6.) 1/4 a Teaspoon of Paprika
Instructions:
Step 1.) Cook your sweet Potato, chop into a few pieces. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit while potato is cooking.
Step 2.) Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender, blend. Feel free to adjust spices as desired or add some crack black pepper.
Step 3.) On a sheet of parchment paper, roll the dough into whatever shape you’d like to make your pizza. Place parchment paper & dough on a pizza pan.
Step 4.) Add toppings, and bake for about 20 mins. When pizza is almost done cooking to your desired liking, try removing the parchment paper, then placing the pizza on the rack for another 3-5 mins until the bottom crust is nice and crispy.

I added 1/2 Teaspoon of olive oil, spinach, red onion, fresh tomatoes, and some plant based pepperoni’s I purchased and had in the freezer. I also covered my pizza with a pot lid for the first half of baking to keep the vegetables from charring or burning.
