Classic Roasted Garlic Hummus

Classic Garlic Hummus

Ingredients:

1 15 oz can of chickpeas (rinsed)
(For creamier hummus peak the skin off the chickpeas)
About 4 Tbs Tahini
Lemon juice from about half a lemon
5 cloves of garlic (roasted or peel and place into a small dish of water- microwave 5 mins, drain water)
1 Tbs cumin
1/2 Tbs garlic powder
Pepper
Splash of water if needed

Instructions:
1.) Roast your head of garlic

2.) Blend all Ingredients, serve and enjoy!

Tip: You may also choose to boil the chickpeas first for extra creamy hummus
