It’s Iced Latte Season and if you’re me that means all year round.
I have made this Creamy Banana Oat Iced Latte every single day for at least a year now. I figured I may as well share it.
This gives me a tremendous amount of stable energy in the morning and is such a treat to look forward to each day!
I used to use a splash of plant milk until I discovered joi plant milk bases.
I started making the plant milk by mixing with water then pouring it in the latte – but then I tried blending the milk base in with coffee itself and found it to be so much more creamier and flavorful

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Coffee and 2 shots Espresso (Chilled) (Espresso Optional)
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tablespoon Joi Almond or Oat Milk Base
1 Tablespoon of Nut or Seed Butter (Optional)
A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
1.) Prepare ideally the night before by roughly breaking apart 1 banana and sticking it in the freezer. Also brewing the coffee and allowing it to chill in the refrigerator.
2.) Blend all ingredients and serve either as is or over ice.
NOTES:
1.) If you don’t have Joi on hand, you could use about 1/4 Cup of Plant Milk of your choosing, but I recommend you get Joi as I guarantee you it will not turn out the same without.
