This devine breakfast/dessert is so easy to make it only takes a couple of minutes. Even if you never enjoyed Tiramisu before, I suggest giving this recipe a try. It is full of wonderful ingredients for your gut, gives you a burst of energy, and has a beautiful texture and sweet flavor. This Vegan Tiramisu Overnight Oats Recipe has hints of vanilla, cocoa, and coffee/espresso. It’s an appeal to all your senses.

Vegan Tiramisu Overnight Oats (Serves 1 person)

Approximate time to prepare: 2 minutes (excluding yogurt recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Generous Cup of Oats
  • 1/2 Tablespoon of Ground Flax Seed
  • 2 Shots of Coffee or Espresso
  • 1 Generous Tablespoon of Maple Syrup or other liquid sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cacao Powder (about) (to garnish)

Instructions:

1.) In a small dish, put in a heaping cup of oats. No need to level it.

2.) Add in your flax seed, and 2 shots of coffee/espresso, and maple syrup.

3.) Mix really well then level out the oats.

4.) Pour in your vegan yogurt

5.) Sift Cacao Powder over the top, allow to chill in the fridge for about 2 hours to allow the oats to absorb all the flavors & enjoy!

NOTES:

1.) If you really enjoy the taste of coffee, I recommend espresso, otherwise just do coffee. If you don’t like coffee all around, just omit the coffee for a plant milk of your choosing. I recommend hazelnut milk but you use whatever you got.

2.) You can use any liquid sweetener you have available but I thought maple syrup tasted best in this. You can certainly use agave, coconut nectar, date syrup, etc. If you watched my Instagram reel I do a generous drizzle of maple syrup as well.

3.) You can mix easier if you mix dry ingredients before wet, but it’s such a small batch it doesn’t take long either way.

4.) Always adjust the flavors to your preferred likings! Don’t be afraid to use your intuition.

5.) If you don’t have any vegan yogurt, make some! Here is a link to how I make mine – it is so quick and easy. Click here for my Quick and Easy Vegan Vanilla Yogurt Recipe.
