Quick and Easy Vegan Ranch Seasoning

Vegan Ranch Seasoning

Quick and easy delicious Vegan Ranch Seasoning that is shelf stable and can put on anything. You can make a dip, dressing, or sprinkle on snacks!

Some things you can sprinkle Vegan Ranch Seasoning on include chickpeas, chips, popcorn, kale chips, cucumbers, and more! See how to make ranch dip or dressing below! Another great way to utilize this seasoning is to make a tahini ranch by adding tahini, and a splash of water. I usually use this to coating some kale, and dehydrate it to make ranch kale chips!

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup of Oat Milk Powder or Soy Milk Powder

1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley

1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon of Dried Chives

1/2 Teaspoon of Dried Dill

1/2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt

1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:

1.) Mix all ingredients well and store in a sealed glass container. No need to refrigerate.

Instructions for Crispy Ranch Chickpeas (Oil-Free)

1.) Rinse a can of chickpeas then spread them out on a sheet of parchment paper.

2.) Make sure they’re still a little wet from the water so the ranch seasoning can stick on them. Sprinkle on some ranch seasoning, toss them nicely so they’re coated in the seasoning.

3.) Air fry at 400 Degrees for 10-15 Minutes until slightly golden. If you do not own an air fryer, you can bake these for about 30 minutes until slightly golden tossing them halfway through.

NOTES:

1.) To make ranch dip – Mix 3 Tablespoons of seasoning with 2 Cups Vegan Sour Cream.

2.) To make Ranch Dressing – Mix 3 Tablespoons of seasoning with 1 Cup Vegan Mayo and about 1/2 Cup of Plant milk or more depending on your desired consistency.

3.) I recommend using either oat milk powder or soy milk powder for this recipe. You can use whatever milk powder you have on hand but I recommend these two as they have a very mild and subtle taste.

4.) Oat milk Powder is NOT the same as Oat Flour. Do not use oat flour for this recipe. They endure different enzymatic processes during production therefor have different consistency’s.
