Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings – A crowd-pleasing appetizer in more places than Buffalo.

Ingredients:
1 Small head of Cauliflower
3/4 Cup chicpea flour or other flour
3/4 Cup soy milk
1/4 Cup water
2 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tsp paprika
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/4 Cup whole grain bread crumbs
1/2 Cup Franks hot sauce
1/4 Cup vegan butter

For vegan ranch dip: (Mix ingredients, adjust as you like)

1/2 Cup of Vegan Mayo

1 Teaspoon of dried dill

1 Teaspoon of dried Parsley

Instructions:

Step 1.) Cut cauliflower into bite sized bites and preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2.) In a large bowl, mix flour, soy milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
Step 3.) Dip the florets into the batter until they’re completely coated in the mixture.
Step 4.) Coat the battered florets with bread crumbs
Step 5.) On a large baking sheet covered in parchment paper, spread apart battered and breaded florets.
Step 6.) Bake for 25 mins at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 7.) Melt butter and mix with Franks hot sauce. Coat florets after baking if desired.
Step 8.) Combine ingredients for vegan ranch
