Tropical Fruit Salad with Papaya
This Tropical Fruit Salad with Papaya is so refreshing, and is the perfect balance between tangy and sweet. Coconut sprinkles add a light sweetness to tangier fruits.
Ingredients
- 6 oz of Raspberries
- 1 Papaya
- 1 Mango
- 1/2 Pineapple
- 1 Lb of Kiwis
- 3-5 Tablespoons of “Coconut Sprinkles” Coconut flakes (to taste really)
- Juice from one Lime Optional
Notes
1.) Add whatever fruits you like! If you want something a bit sweeter, bananas may help, however, after being stored will oxidize and turn to a brown color so consider this when making your fruit salad. This is why I like to use the coconut instead.
