Healthy Vegan Pumpkin Syrup for lattes (Sugar-Free)
Delicious healthy pumpkin spice syrup for pumpkin spiced lattes that's naturally sweetened by dates. Awesome for grab and go cold lattes.

Ingredients
- 4-5 Dates
- 1 Can of Pumpkin Purée
- 1 11.25 oz can of condensed oat milk
- 3/4 Cup of Water
- 1.5 Teaspoons of Pumpkin Spice
Instructions
- Process/Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Add about 4 Tablespoons (or to taste) to you’re coffee along with your preferred plant milk or creamer.
Notes
1.) After processing, taste your syrup, add more dates to make it sweeter.
