Oil Free Vegan Mayo

Easy Healthy Vegan Mayo

This vegan mayonnaise is so quick and easy to make it can be made in a pinch whenever you run out of Mayo. There is no oil or dairy used whatsoever, but you can’t taste the difference. I’m very proud to say this recipe is super allergy friendly (except soy). Do not eat this Mayo if you have a soy allergy. This recipe is dairy-free, gluten free, nut-free, and oil free!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender (an immersion blender will work too)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz Package of Silken Tofu
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice It's about 1/4 a lemon to 1/2 lemon depending on size. Don't overdo it or you'll end up with thinner mayo
  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Drain Excess water in tofu, no need to press.
  • Blend all Ingredients.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins for optimal texture.
  • Enjoy as you desire!
